Key Responsibilities:

• Handle accounts payable and client invoicing

• Support project tracking and budget management

• Maintain company files and office procedures

• Assist with onboarding and employee records

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Office Management or Business

• Strong financial administration and bookkeeping skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting tools

• Experience in a design or consulting environment is an asset
