This role requires a Bachelor’s degree and prior experience in administrative support within a marketing context. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, updating vital real estate documents, and coordinating promotional events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop proposals and marketing collateral

• Maintain databases and MLS listings accurately

• Organize schedules for sales staff

• Provide prompt responses to inquiries by phone and email

• Manage social media communications under CBRE's branding

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications

• Administrative support experience in sales or marketing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially In Design

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
