Experienced Project Coordinator Position

Location: San Juan de Terranova

PAL Aerospace seeks an experienced Project Coordinator in St. John’s, NL to enhance our aircraft modification programs. This key position prioritizes excellent coordination and stakeholder management.

In this role within the Programs Department, you will manage multiple projects, tracking their status and ensuring timely completion. Your experience will contribute to the efficient oversight of project deliverables, from planning to execution. You will communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders while reporting to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate project tasks and activities

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders

• Monitor projects and report status updates

• Assist in problem identification and solutions

• Attend project review meetings and capture action items

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Business Administration/Project Management

• 3-5 years of relevant experience

• Knowledge of project management best practices

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Visio

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
