In this prominent role based in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, you will engage with OCIO and various stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of a new platform. Key responsibilities include validating business processes, facilitating workshops, and managing change effectively. Your leadership will be pivotal in aligning legacy systems with modern solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate business processes and requirements for departments

• Facilitate business validations through workshops and interviews

• Guide data migration, including cleansing and conversion

• Lead testing phases and document findings systematically

• Collaborate on change management and user training processes

Requirements:

• Expertise in application modernization and business transformation

• Experience with mainframe solutions is advantageous

• Strong skills in stakeholder engagement and gap analysis

• Proficiency in writing test cases and supporting user acceptance testing

• Proven experience in project documentation and deliverables
