Position: Senior Business Analyst (Digital Transformation)

Post-secondary education in a 2+ year program in business, computer science, or a related field from a recognized institution
Required Education   Post-secondary education in a 2+ year program in business, computer science, or a related field from a recognized institution
Required Skills   7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, including 3-6 years of experience working on complex, large-scale modernization projects
Experience soliciting, documenting, and validating business requirements

Experience with stakeholder engagement, business process transformation, and change management
Strong written and oral communication skills
Experience supporting data migration activities including data mapping, data conversion, data validation, reconciliation, and migration readiness
Experience preparing test strategies and test plans
Experience preparing test cases
Experience executing test cases and scripts
Experience monitoring and controlling test plan execution
Recent experience working as a Senior Business Analyst on successful projects within the last two years
Preferred Skills   Experience or knowledge of Mainframe systems
Overview  The Senior Business Analyst will support a complex, large-scale application modernization and business transformation initiative involving legacy and modern systems, significant data migration, business process transformation, testing, and organizational readiness activities.
The role will lead requirements gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, and validation of business processes and requirements while supporting alignment between existing business functions and a modernized solution. The Senior Business Analyst will also support data migration activities including cleansing, conversion, mapping, reconciliation, and validation, as well as test planning, test case development, execution, User Acceptance Testing, and defect validation.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, communication, change management, and documentation skills, along with the ability to produce standard project artifacts and support implementation readiness across a complex modernization program

Job Responsibilities   Help validate the solution design from a business perspective and take a leadership role in validating business processes and requirements
Plan, facilitate, conduct, and document business process and requirements validation workshops, meetings, and interviews
Work with stakeholders to configure the new system according to business needs, including security settings for users
Guide and assist with data cleansing and conversion
Identify gaps with new data structures
Capture data migration rules, mappings, and validation requirements
Write test cases to validate requirements
Lead internal and client testing
Document bugs and validate fixes
Support testing activities including test cases, execution, and User Acceptance Testing
Work closely with business representatives and change management resources to support business process change activities
Support training activities
Create And Finalize Standard Project Artifacts Including   Workflows
Use Cases
Requirements documents
Fit-gap analysis
Business process models
User guides for new or enhanced system functionality
