As a key member of Bell's Customer Experience team, you will innovate and implement AI-driven products aimed at elevating customer interactions.
Your role encompasses planning, launching, and enhancing product offerings, all while maintaining alignment with evolving business demands. Engaging with stakeholders and delivery teams is critical to ensure timely and high-quality product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive product ownership and build AI product roadmaps
• Maintain communications with stakeholders on project progress
• Identify market needs and adapt products accordingly
• Collaborate with delivery teams for on-time launches
• Showcase product innovations to executive leadership
Requirements:
• 2+ years as a product manager in AI or technology
• Ability to convey technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Experience in Agile environments with data professionals
• Proactive in identifying business opportunities
• Strong organizational skills to address business needs
