Analyze project processes and configure Omega 365 as a Business Analyst supporting customers in a collaborative project environment. Apply digital and analytical skills.
This Business Analyst helps project-driven organizations improve execution through Omega 365 software tools and work processes. You will analyze business processes, identify improvements, and become a subject matter expert on the integrated Project and Asset Management system. The work includes implementation, configuration, customer support, training, presentations, and technical coordination. Omega 365 serves clients across oil and gas, energy, renewables, IT, mining, construction, infrastructure, and healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze current project management business processes
- Configure and support Omega 365 implementations
- Prepare training materials and deliver training
- Present projects, products, ideas, and findings
- Coordinate technical staff through implementation needs
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Two to five years of relevant experience
- Excellent computer and analytical skills
- Highly organized and self-driven
- Authorized to work permanently in Canada without sponsorship
