Senior Policy Modernization Analyst
Apply policy research and governance expertise as an experienced Policy Analyst supporting a major public-sector modernization initiative. This five-month assignment requires analytical strength and precise documentation.
US Tech Solutions seeks an experienced Policy Analyst to review policies, governance frameworks, and modernization priorities. You will research legislative, regulatory, jurisdictional, and best-practice sources while developing evidence-based policy instruments. The work includes stakeholder consultations, executive documentation, approval coordination, and implementation planning.
Key Responsibilities:- Review policy inventories, frameworks, templates, dashboards, and project plans
- Conduct legislative, regulatory, jurisdictional, and best-practice research
- Analyze gaps, inconsistencies, duplication, outdated requirements, and consolidation opportunities
- Draft policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, and governance documents
- Coordinate review, approval, implementation, and policy transition activities
- Minimum five years in policy analysis, development, governance, or related work
- Experience modernizing policies, standards, procedures, directives, or governance frameworks
- Experience preparing executive briefings, decision notes, and approval materials
- Strong research, analysis, drafting, documentation, and project management skills
- Post-secondary education in a relevant three-year program or related field
