In this full-time position, you will oversee and mentor craft workers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality control. Your ability to communicate effectively and interpret engineering documents will be vital in achieving project goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead crew huddles to establish production strategies

• Monitor daily activities and enforce safety policies

• Plan project logistics and manage schedules

• Liaise with project owners and inspectors

• Document daily operations and quality metrics

Requirements:

• 3+ years managing field crews in construction

• 5+ years construction background

• Proficient understanding of OTM Book 7

• Valid Class G driver’s license required

• Ability to work in outdoor and challenging conditions
