Senior Project Manager for Innovative Commercial Construction Projects

Lead innovation in commercial construction as a Senior Project Manager. Manage critical project phases ensuring quality, budget compliance, and effective teamwork.

This position requires overseeing complex construction projects, requiring collaboration with various site and project management teams. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications while maintaining strong client relationships and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and control project schedules and activities

• Ensure construction meets design and resource allocations

• Manage prime and subcontracts effectively

• Prepare and submit monthly progress billings

• Foster positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, CET certification, or similar

• 5–10 years in progressive construction roles

• Proven leadership and problem-solving skills

• Experience with project management software required

• Strong time management and communication skills
