Become a Traffic Control Flagger in Newfoundland and Labrador, ensuring safety for all road users during construction work. Direct traffic efficiently with clear signals and communication.
We are looking for dependable Traffic Control Flaggers to assist in roadwork projects across the province. Your responsibilities will include managing traffic flow, setting up control devices like cones, and maintaining site safety. Effective communication with your team will be essential to coordinate movements in busy environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Control traffic using stop/slow paddles and signals
• Set up and dismantle traffic control devices
• Ensure a safe flow of traffic around construction zones
• Coordinate with supervisors and crew members
• Adapt traffic plans according to site conditions
Requirements:
• TCP certification recognized in Newfoundland
• Understanding of provincial safety practices
• Alertness in high-traffic situations
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities
• Capability to work outdoors in varying conditions
Effectively manage construction traffic while prioritizing safety and teamwork as a Flagging professional in Newfoundland.
