ACCIONA is seeking a Site Operations Coordinator to lead construction site management and ensure a safe work environment. This role emphasizes coordination and meticulous organization across multiple project locations.
As a Site Operations Coordinator, you will ensure that each construction site is properly set up and free of hazards. You'll work closely with subcontractors to maintain project schedules and will be responsible for operating basic construction tools. Effective communication with supervisors and the team will enhance project efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of construction sites
• Move quickly between various project locations for support
• Coordinate subcontractor tasks to meet safety standards
• Operate construction equipment while following safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
• 3-5 years of proven experience in construction field
• Must hold a valid Ontario Driving license G or G2
• Knowledge of construction processes and site preparation
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
