Position: Site Supervisor for Dyno Nobel
Location: St. John's

Lead site operations with Dyno Nobel on Baffin Island in a 3-week on, 3-week off schedule. Focus on safety compliance, training, and efficient site management.

In this Site Supervisor role, you will oversee all aspects of site operations, ensuring adherence to the company's procedures in safety, equipment care, and service delivery. Key skills include experience in supervisory roles, safety systems, and team development. Your leadership will be vital in maintaining high safety standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and direct all site operations according to procedures

• Ensure compliance with HSEQ Performance Standards

• Supervise and train personnel in safe equipment operations

• Manage training and operational standards effectively

• Contribute to customer profitability and continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

• Minimum 5 years in relevant technical roles

• 2 years in a supervisory capacity

• Experience with blasting and safety systems

• Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
