Elevate your career with Green Infrastructure Partners as a Senior Heavy Civil Estimator. This office-based role involves managing estimating processes for challenging projects nationwide.
Green Infrastructure Partners seeks an experienced Senior Heavy Civil Estimator to lead the end-to-end estimating process from initial bid to final submission. You’ll be responsible for developing accurate and competitive estimates for diverse projects like bridges, highways, and hydroelectric facilities. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to create best-in-class proposals and provides mentorship to junior estimators.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead estimating efforts on heavy civil projects
• Mentor and review work of junior estimators
• Develop detailed estimates including labor and material costs
• Interpret tender documents and design drawings
• Oversee preparation of quantity take-offs and documentation
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5+ years estimating experience in civil construction
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-value estimates under deadlines
