Key Responsibilities:

• Triage and resolve billing inquiries quickly

• Analyze and provide solutions within SLAs

• Retrieve and analyze data from different formats

• Coordinate customer billing tasks with teams

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields

• Understanding of billing and payment processes

• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel

• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
