• Document client needs in detailed work orders
• Keep clients informed with ongoing updates and follow-ups
Requirements:
• Previous experience in service roles and CDK knowledge beneficial
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Clean driving abstract with valid driver's license
• Driven attitude with a proactive approach
