This position operates Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, focusing on customer satisfaction and issue resolution. You will be the initial contact for customers, handling inquiries and providing information on products and services. Your organizational skills will be vital in maintaining accurate records and collaborating with other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone or email
• Resolve complaints professionally and promptly
• Provide accurate product and service information
• Process orders and manage account updates
• Maintain detailed customer interaction records
Requirements:
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Prior customer service experience is preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills are an asset
