Key Responsibilities:

• Understand client travel preferences and provide tailored recommendations

• Research and prepare travel quotes and itineraries

• Book transportation, accommodations, and experiences for clients

• Address any travel-related concerns and resolve disruptions

• Encourage future bookings through personalized service and follow-ups

Requirements:

• Background in service or hospitality preferred

• Excellent communication and active listening skills

• Interest in pursuing travel certifications

• Comfortable with travel-related technology

• Full-time availability, including rotational Saturdays
