Become a Service Advisor with BMW/MINI St. John's and elevate customer experiences in our vibrant Service Department.
Your role involves crafting precise estimates and ensuring customer satisfaction with every interaction.
We are seeking an energetic individual for a Service Advisor role with at least one year of service industry experience. You will greet customers, handle appointment scheduling, and develop accurate cost estimates. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are vital as you assist clients and relay repair details to our technicians.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and assess their service requests
• Schedule appointments and provide cost estimates
• Confirm warranty and service contract coverage
• Coordinate alternate transportation for clients
• Inform customers of repair status and obtain authorization
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year service industry experience
• Valid Class 5 Driver's License
• Ability to perform under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving skills
Deliver exceptional service and problem-solving capabilities as a BMW/MINI Service Advisor.
