Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with understanding services offered

• Manage interactions through phone, email, and text

• Handle booking, rescheduling, and appointment cancellations

• Communicate changes in service to customers directly

• Provide effective solutions based on customer needs

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Availability for a minimum of 20 hours per week

• Flexible schedule from Monday to Sunday, 7AM-8PM MST/EST

• Show accountability and maintain professionalism
