Location: St. John's
Enhance customer experiences at Neelands as a Support Technician, focusing on Kalder monitoring systems. This is a full-time contract position involving training, support, and customer engagement across North America. The Support Technician will work closely with customers and internal teams to facilitate understanding and adoption of monitoring applications.
Your role includes delivering training, organizing documentation, and analyzing customer interaction data to identify areas for improvement. Regular travel may be required to provide on-site training and support.
Key Responsibilities Deliver in office and remote training for applications and workflows
Create and maintain training and onboarding materials
Support customer onboarding and refresher training sessions
Review application usage to spot adoption challenges
Collaborate with teams to resolve customer issues promptly
Requirements Background in customer support or software training
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with ticketing and CRM systems
Relevant education or practical experience is a plus
Ability to travel as necessary for customer visits
