Engage with customers through phone calls, web forms, and email, providing timely responses while updating databases and coordinating field technician schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve inquiries
• Handle calls, web forms, and emails efficiently
• Process orders for new and existing customers
• Promote products and services to drive sales
• Coordinate field technician schedules and communications
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year in a Call Centre role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong sales-oriented approach and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and related tools
• High school diploma required, college preferred
