Key Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests with exceptional service

• Manage front desk tasks including phone inquiries

• Conduct tours for prospective members

• Assist in membership sign-ups and account updates

• Maintain club cleanliness and assist with special projects

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older

• High School diploma or GED required

• Customer service experience preferred

• Basic computer skills and reliability

• Positive attitude with a passion for fitness
