Our ideal Client Care/Receptionist builds positive client relationships through genuine care and compassion.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and checking‑in clients in a friendly and warm manner.
• Answering incoming calls with a courteous and caring approach, screening calls, booking appointments, taking detailed messages, and providing non‑medical information.
• Performing administrative tasks such as mail handling, drafting memos, and completing reports.
• Maintaining accurate client records and assisting with walk‑in services from 8 am – 10 am.
• Covering emergency call shifts every 6 weeks.

• Networking, collaboration, and knowledge exchange with other veterinarians.
• Vacation and paid time off.
