In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing client interactions and ensuring they achieve maximum value from our innovative solutions. You’ll conduct client check-ins, monitor satisfaction levels, and implement feedback-driven improvements. Strong understanding of projects and solutions in SaaS will enhance your effectiveness in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients

• Coordinate client issue resolution with internal teams

• Conduct regular client progress check-ins

• Assess and act on User Satisfaction Scores

• Assist with invoicing and account administration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related fields

• Relevant experience in client relations or project management

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Effective multitasking and time management skills

• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
