Gibbons Snow Architects, located in downtown St. John’s, NL, is seeking senior designer or architect to lead design and project management of a wide range of projects including healthcare. The successful candidate will lead design and production teams from planning stages through detailed design.
Qualifications:- Healthcare experience is essential.
- Architectural degree from a Canadian accredited program.
- 10 + years experience.
- Develop concepts and presentation materials.
- Lead the design team and oversee compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Lead the overall project, providing internal and multi-discipline coordination.
- Develop internal workplans and schedules within the budget and scope parameters.
- Meet and correspond with clients on a regular basis.
