Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Design Architects on implementation of contract documents
• Support preparation of presentations and material development
• Develop designs through sketches and electronic models
• Utilize BIM for three-dimensional building models
• Prepare site plans, floor plans, and elevations
Requirements:
• Technical diploma in Architectural Technology or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Knowledge of accessibility and building codes
• Ability to conduct space and block planning
