Location: Paradise
Drive educational success as a Program Planning Specialist Teacher with SSRCE, focusing on diverse learner needs. The position is a full-time term role ideal for experienced educators.
In this role with the South Shore Regional Centre for Education, you will support the Queens Family of Schools. Applicants must hold a Bachelor of Education and a relevant Master’s Degree. The successful candidate will possess a minimum of five years of classroom experience and know how to create and implement Individual Program Plans through TIENET.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create systems and routines that foster learning
• Deliver social and emotional learning (SEL) initiatives
• Adapt Individual Program Plans for diverse learners
• Oversee the program planning process using TIENET
• Manage academic and behavioral challenges for students
Requirements:
• Bachelor of Education Degree required
• Master’s Degree in Special Education or similar
• A minimum of five years in classroom teaching
• Two years in support teaching roles
• Proven knowledge of program planning processes
