Enhance student well-being as a School Counsellor n Bosco in St. John's. This full-time role offers a combination of counselling and instructional resource support.

Beginning September 8, 2026, you will contribute to a comprehensive school guidance program, focusing on student development and staff collaboration. Your expertise will guide the school community in fostering a safe and inclusive environment while addressing crises and individual student needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement an annual guidance program

• Lead student assessments and data-driven interventions

• Support staff in delivering effective guidance

• Address critical incidents impacting the school environment

• Collaborate with families to enhance student outcomes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Education and NL Teaching Certificate - Level IV

• Master’s in counseling psychology with assessment focus

• Experience in individual/group counseling practices

• Knowledge of ethical standards in student support

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
