Join Fonemed as a Creative Learning Specialist to design engaging training experiences. This role emphasizes instructional design and facilitation to elevate employee education across the organization.

In this position, you will take charge of developing interactive training content while ensuring it meets compliance and learning objectives. Focus on delivering onboarding and ongoing education programs tailored to meet diverse learning styles. Work collaboratively with various departments to assess training effectiveness and innovate continual improvements based on insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create interactive eLearning modules and in-person training sessions

• Facilitate engaging workshops that promote knowledge retention

• Support the coordination of organization-wide learning initiatives

• Measure training impact and adjust programs as necessary

• Partner with teams to identify and address training needs

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in instructional design or similar field

• Experience in adult learning theory and methodologies

• Strong skills in facilitation and presentation

• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and design tools

• Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
