Undergraduate Academic Program Officer

The Academic Program Officer will report to the department head and assist in various academic support functions for undergraduate students in the Psychology department. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with course selection and scheduling

• Provide academic advice on major/minor admissions

• Process registration and prerequisite waiver forms

• Participate in departmental tours and outreach activities

• Engage with Psychology Undergraduate Studies Committee

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of academic advising experience

• Master’s degree in Psychology or equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Understanding of undergraduate programs and regulations

• Experience teaching university-level psychology courses
