Key Responsibilities Deliver training in Fishing Masters IV and other courses
Prepare students for Bridge watch exams with hands‑on instruction
Maintain training records and assess student needs
Travel frequently for course delivery across provinces
Develop communication and maritime skills of students
Requirements Valid Fishing Masters IV or equivalent qualifications
Minimum Watchkeeping Mate Certificate required
Excellent oral, written, and IT skills
Proven ability to lead and work collaboratively
Previous experience in post‑secondary instruction is beneficial
