Training Manager for Air Ambulance Team

Empower aircrew training at PAL Aerospace as the Training Manager for our Air Ambulance team, located in St. John’s or Goose Bay, NL. Manage training programs and uphold aviation standards.

In this pivotal role, the Training Manager is responsible for the comprehensive training of pilots in the Air Ambulance division. You will lead ground school and simulator training, ensuring pilots are equipped with the necessary skills for safe operations. Your contributions will include developing training procedures and maintaining compliance with SOPs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct pilot ground school and simulator training

• Ensure the development of training standards and SOPs

• Collaborate on training strategies with upper management

• Serve as a mentor for new team members

• Manage and refine training records and lesson plans

Requirements:

• 2500 hours total flight experience required

• Valid ATPL with King Air 200/350 experience

• Experience in supervisory roles preferred

• Strong planning and decision-making abilities

• Knowledge in aerospace operations and training documentation
