Elevate early childhood education in St. John's as a Full-Time Regional Manager for the YMCA. Oversee Pre-Kindergarten programs and enhance quality and accessibility across your region.
In this dynamic role, the Regional Manager will deliver and expand quality Pre-Kindergarten services, providing leadership and supervision to staff and volunteers. You will ensure program quality, maintain stakeholder relationships, and uphold regulatory standards. Regular travel to various Pre-K sites is essential for this position based in St. John's, Newfoundland.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise Pre-K staff and volunteers
• Oversee quality of program delivery and facilities
• Develop relationships with regulatory bodies
• Manage operational aspects like scheduling and financial planning
• Conduct regular travel to all Pre-K sites
Requirements:
• Level 3 in Early Childhood Education preferred
• Experience in child care environments
• Strong knowledge of licensing policies
• Valid Newfoundland driver's license required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
