Lead Managed Pressure Drilling operations with Beyond Energy as an MPD Field Supervisor. Oversee field operations while ensuring safety and efficiency through team leadership and compliance with industry standards.
In this role, you will supervise a team of MPD Field Operators, managing daily operations, equipment maintenance, and troubleshooting while being the key on-site representative. Your experience in oilfield environments and MPD systems will push projects toward success and compliance with Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise MPD field operations and lead assigned personnel
• Coordinate rig-up, operation, and maintenance of MPD equipment
• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and drilling parameters
• Conduct pre-job and daily safety meetings
• Complete field reports and training for operators
Requirements:
• 5+ years of oilfield experience
• 3+ years in Managed Pressure Drilling
• Experience in leading field crews
• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
