As a Commercial Lead, you will be responsible for coaching project managers, enhancing operational practices, and ensuring projects align with Stantec's high standards. This role demands a blend of strong business acumen and the ability to coach teams effectively, supporting the delivery of significant projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide project managers and project control staff
• Serve as a Project Independent Reviewer for critical projects
• Drive excellence regarding project management practices
• Consult on proposal pricing, scopes, and execution plans
• Promote strong HSSE practices across all projects
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (10+ years)
• Proven experience from project pursuit to close-out
• In-depth knowledge of contracts and project financials
• Ability to recover distressed projects effectively
• Strong stakeholder communication skills
