Take the lead as a Senior Surveyor with DOF Canada in Paradise, NL. Oversee offshore surveying operations while ensuring data quality and equipment reliability from day one.
As part of ongoing expansion, DOF Canada is looking for a Senior Surveyor experienced in offshore projects. This role requires a background in Hydrographic Survey or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining high standards of data collection and operational compliance on service vessels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and test survey equipment and software
• Manage daily field operations and data quality
• Develop and implement project procedures
• Ensure all personnel comply with operational requirements
• Communicate with offshore teams and clients effectively
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in relevant field
• Minimum of 5 years as a Surveyor, including senior duties
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and control systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of offshore QHSE standards
