As a Senior Field Service Representative, you will report to the Service Manager and develop expertise in Kraken’s products. This hybrid role requires 50% office responsibilities and 50% field engagements, including both offshore and nearshore operations. You will lead field teams, conduct product demonstrations, and deliver training, balancing technical expertise and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field service calls for maintenance activities

• Conduct product demonstrations for clients

• Provide operations support and troubleshooting as SME

• Oversee system installations and customer training

• Generate daily progress reports and documentation
Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering Technology or similar

• Minimum 8 years in marine technology roles

• Proficiency in networking and troubleshooting

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and lead teams
