Location: St. John's
Drive innovation as a Senior Electrical Engineer at WSP, focusing on renewable energy and power generation projects. This role can be located at our BC or AB offices and requires senior-level expertise.
In this position, you will be instrumental in leading the electrical engineering effort for medium and large projects within our Energy team. Your responsibilities will include engaging with clients, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high-quality deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide senior-level electrical engineering across projects
• Engage with clients to define project scope
• Guide project teams in cost and schedule control
• Prepare technical documentation and feasibility studies
• Approve project designs ensuring regulatory compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• P.Eng registration in your province
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Strong skills in project management
• Commitment to mentoring junior engineers
