Position: Electrical Engineer for Renewable Energy

This role within WSP's Energy subsector engages a seasoned electrical engineer in managing design, leading client interactions, and guiding project phases. You will conduct feasibility assessments and collaborate with teams to facilitate efficient project execution while nurturing junior engineers' growth. Your strategic leadership will be crucial for delivering impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage medium to large electrical engineering projects in energy

• Engage clients to clarify project needs and scope

• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams for optimal delivery

• Develop and review technical reports and designs

• Ensure documents comply with engineering codes and standards

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering and active P.Eng registration

• Minimum 10 years of EPCM experience in energy

• Successful experience as a Lead Engineer

• Depth in electrical systems design and analysis

• Commitment to fostering a high-performance culture
