Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot HMI, PLC, and electrical systems

• Analyze and document business process interactions

• Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless operations

• Develop and conduct best practice training sessions

• Ensure adherence to SLAs with vendors

Requirements:

• 4-8 years experience in relevant fields

• Familiarity with PLCs and HMI platforms is advantageous

• Capability to read electrical schematics preferred

• Knowledge of programming languages a plus

• ITIL V4 certification desirable
