GHD is looking for an Intermediate Hydrotechnical Engineer to support their growth in Canada. You will perform essential hydrological analyses while mentoring engineers-in-training. Your insight will be crucial in projects involving dam design and hydraulic infrastructure enhancements, providing you with the opportunity to make a lasting difference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze hydrology for dam design and rainfall simulations
• Train and oversee engineers-in-training on hydraulic design
• Generate inspection reports and documents for compliance
• Engage actively in multidisciplinary project collaborations
• Advocate for the hydrotechnical field to clients and partners
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Hydraulic Engineering
• Eligible for professional engineering registration
• Between 3 and 8 years of industry experience
• Strong command of French and English
• Familiarity with key modeling software tools
