Senior Project Manager - Atlantic Environmental Services

Stantec is seeking a Senior Project Manager for its Atlantic Environmental Services team, focusing on environmental site investigations and remediation work. Lead impactful projects with a strong emphasis on regional insight and technical expertise.

In this pivotal role, you will manage environmental projects, ensuring that they align with regulatory expectations and stakeholder needs. You will guide field teams, mentor junior staff, and leverage your experience to drive business development across diverse sectors. The role offers flexibility while enhancing Stantec's footprint in Atlantic Canada.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Phase I and II ESA delivery and reporting

• Provide technical guidance for field teams

• Manage project budgets and schedules

• Mentor staff and promote a safety culture

• Direct business development activities and proposals

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in environmental consulting

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Understanding of environmental regulations

• Willing to travel for projects and business development
