In this pivotal role, you will manage and direct substation design projects, utilizing your extensive experience in electrical engineering. Your responsibilities will include ensuring high-quality standards in project delivery, mentoring team members, and maintaining client relationships effectively. Your technical insights will be vital for various project phases from design to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex electrical substation project designs

• Act as Professional-of-Record, ensuring design compliance

• Oversee advanced electrical engineering analyses

• Direct key project deliverables and client interactions

• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering

• P.Eng. registration in Canada

• 10-15 years of relevant experience

• Expertise in substation design and integration

• Proven leadership and interpersonal skills
