In this role, you'll manage mid-sized projects for studies and engineering, coordinating efforts among diverse teams r responsibilities will include budget management and stakeholder engagement while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Additionally, you'll draft proposals and actively seek business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct engineering studies and projects in industrial sectors
• Establish and manage budgets and project timelines
• Oversee project deliverables and maintain quality checks
• Mentor project leaders to achieve defined objectives
• Engage clients continually and analyze performance indicators
Requirements:
• Degree in mechanical or industrial engineering
• 12 years of related experience in project management
• Excellent report-writing capabilities
• Bilingual in English for collaboration and French for Québec clientele
• Flexible for short-term site assignments
