Drive innovation in environmental assessments with WSP as a Senior Environmental Assessment Practitioner in St. John's, NL or Dartmouth, NS. Manage impactful projects that shape sustainable solutions.
In this senior role, you'll collaborate with various experts within WSP’s Environmental Assessment and Permitting team. Your focus will be on managing environmental assessments across sectors like industrial and energy, ensuring adherence to regulations, and fostering new business relationships to support project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Offer expert advice on Environmental Impact Assessments
• Develop robust environmental management plans
• Manage project scope, budgets, and schedules effectively
• Cultivate client relationships for strategic project opportunities
• Participate in business development and proposal writing
Requirements:
• Advanced degree in planning, science, or engineering
• 15+ years of relevant experience in environmental assessments
• Proven ability in leading complex projects
• Deep understanding of environmental regulations
• Strong communication and organization skills
