As a Senior Marine Structural Engineer at GEMTEC, you will oversee engineering designs for critical infrastructure, including ports and bridges, while managing project timelines and financial performance. Based in one of our vibrant Atlantic offices, you’ll collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians, mentor younger engineers, and foster long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver designs for marine structures, including bridges and ports

• Direct project management for schedule and budget compliance

• Act as a mentor for junior team members

• Compile and evaluate technical reports and proposals

• Participate in site visit teams for project insights

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering

• Minimum 12 years in civil engineering

• Specific expertise in marine structures

• Professional Engineer registration in Atlantic provinces

• Valid driver’s license for site visits
