Stantec is seeking a motivated Junior Electrical Technologist to support our multidisciplinary electrical engineering team. This role involves assisting with the design and execution of various projects, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and standards. You will work closely with team members on both conceptual and construction phases, providing essential electrical design expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in designing power distribution and lighting systems
• Prepare contract drawings and conceptual schematics
• Create electrical designs using REVIT MEP and AutoCAD
• Review equipment selections and perform engineering calculations
• Conduct site surveys for project documentation
Requirements:
• Relevant educational background in electrical engineering
• Familiarity with REVIT MEP and AutoCAD software
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to assist in project deliverables efficiently
