This senior role supports WSP’s Resources subsector within the Energy, Resources & Industry business line. You will lead electrical power systems design for both new construction and brownfield projects. Your work will ensure clients operate efficiently and safely across Canada’s industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design of electrical power distribution systems

• Conduct power system studies using ETAP or Easy Power

• Prepare specifications for electrical equipment and systems

• Oversee engineering calculations and design accuracy

• Mentor junior electrical engineering staff

Requirements:

• 18+ years of electrical engineering experience

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) registration in Ontario

• Proficient in CSA, ANSI, IEEE standards

• Experience in mining and heavy industrial environments

• Valid driver’s license for site visits
