In this role, you will provide technical leadership and support throughout drilling and well construction. Your responsibilities will include well design, performance analysis, and the adoption of innovative technologies. You will actively participate in operational readiness, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring best practices are applied throughout the lifecycle of well construction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support well design and execution for offshore drilling operations
• Conduct risk assessments and operational readiness activities
• Analyze drilling performance data for insights and improvements
• Lead initiatives to enhance drilling efficiency and reduce costs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for technology deployment
Requirements:
• Degree in Engineering with 5+ years in drilling engineering
• Offshore drilling experience required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with well delivery and performance optimization
• Proven ability to drive technical improvements
